Today marks one year since we were teaching mushroom growing techniques at Permaculture Gardening Society at Kings Buildings University of Edinburgh.
It was such a pleasure to work with lovely and enthusiastic people.
The Team had a great results with growing oyster mushrooms.
Bags were inoculated on 26th October 2022 and first mushrooms harvested in December, followed by few more great flushes.
