100g of dried mushrooms = 1000g of fresh mushrooms.
Lion’s Mane mushrooms are grown, dried and packed at our farm in North Berwick.
Easy to rehydrate. Soak in hot water for 20-30mins. Best fried with butter, garlic, salt and herbs.
Can be served on itself or as a side to any dish.
We like to make a powder and add to coffee in the morning.
All orders can be placed online for 1st class delivery.
Local customers from East Lothian area can pick up from Haddington Farmers Market on last Saturday of the month or our farm at Fenton Barns.
Edinburgh customers can pick up from Portobello Market on first Saturday of the month.
